our process for weddings

We are committed to providing you with an outstanding product, so we will work closely with you to plan the various photographic details of your event. From selecting the package that is right for you, to designing your custom photo album (we don't use templates), we will provide you with all the support you need.

	Kick-off meeting We begin our rapport with a free consultation. During the consultation we will show you our portfolio so that you may get a feel for our photography and design style. We discuss package options and pricing, and we show you examples of our proofs, photo books and any additional information you need to aid in your decision. more If you decide to reserve your wedding date, we require a $500 dollar deposit. Additionally, we may discuss your engagement session. Your choice of a location or suggestions will be made available to you after the initial meeting.
	We photograph your event We love this step! Depending on the photographic details discussed in consultation and the package selected we will capture not only the main events but the fine details of your day. Major details include getting ready, the wedding ceremony, formal portraits of the bridal and groom parties, and of course the bride and groom themselves. more We cover the reception, capturing the multitude of interactions with your family and friends. We provide creative direction to couples at key points during the wedding so we can help deliver quality images which consequently compliment the design of your album. We involve you in the creative process so if there is a photo you want to try out, just let us know. We love the spontaneity that clients can bring to the shoot. A shot list given to us before your wedding is helpful and relieves the stress of you having to remember last minute shots you want.
	Final wrap-up After your wedding, we initiate a comprehensive backup of all your photos. The photos and all subsequent work will be backed-up three times on reliable media and offsite to ensure its safety. Then, we organize, select and process only the best photos. After a week of processing, your photos are posted online in a private gallery for viewing, proofing, and sharing with your family and friends. more Next, we begin the design and layout of your album. You will have two revisions to finalize and approve the album before it goes to print. That's it! You will receive beautiful archival quality prints, High-resolution files on DVD, and if ordered a stunning custom album delivered to your home.
