our process for weddings

We are committed to providing you with an outstanding product, so we will work closely with you to plan the various photographic details of your event. From selecting the package that is right for you, to designing your custom photo album (we don't use templates), we will provide you with all the support you need.

Kick-off meeting

We begin our rapport with a free consultation. During the consultation we will show you our portfolio so that you may get a feel for our photography and design style. We discuss package options and pricing, and we show you examples of our proofs, photo books and any additional information you need to aid in your decision.

If you decide to reserve your wedding date, we require a $500 dollar deposit. Additionally, we may discuss your engagement session. Your choice of a location or suggestions will be made available to you after the initial meeting.

We photograph your event


Final wrap-up

After your wedding, we initiate a comprehensive backup of all your photos. The photos and all subsequent work will be backed-up three times on reliable media and offsite to ensure its safety. Then, we organize, select and process only the best photos. After a week of processing, your photos are posted online in a private gallery for viewing, proofing, and sharing with your family and friends.

Next, we begin the design and layout of your album. You will have two revisions to finalize and approve the album before it goes to print. That's it! You will receive beautiful archival quality prints, High-resolution files on DVD, and if ordered a stunning custom album delivered to your home.
